If you're looking for repair services outside of the US, contact your regional service center.

Step 1
Determine if your repairs are covered under the Nike one-year warranty. Please note the warranty does not cover scratched lenses.

If your eyewear repairs are not covered under the warranty, you will receive an estimate before any work begins.

Step 2
Send your eyewear, copy of the store receipt, shipping and handling fees of $8.95* and this service request form to:
